The Neck Beard by Dane Reynolds
Model Description
After a year of tinkering with different concepts, Dane Reynolds launches the Neck Beard, his favorite free-surf board. No longer working to hide volume from the judges like with the Dumpster Diver, Dane is letting it all hang out with a wider nose and chop tail. With light single concave and vee out the back, this board is faster down the line, has increased rail-to-rail transition, and is more stable when landing airs. Super user-friendly, this is the board Dane grabs when its 1-foot to head-high.
Dane rides the Neck Beard as a tri-fin and as a quad for speed. Comes with a five fin setup to get the best of both worlds. If you are a fan of the Dumpster Diver, then definitely grow out your Neck Beard. Order yours 4 to 6 inches shorter than your height.

The Dumpster Diver by Dane Reynolds
Model Description
Our board designs are direct results of team feedback, so when Dane showed up at the factory in early 2010 requesting a short wide epoxy with single concave and a huge square tail to make the summer bearable, the Dumpster Diver was born. When he came back a week later and wanted one with a narrower nose and a Rookie tail template for the Trestles contest in 3 days, the 2nd Generation Dumpster Diver was created and remained under his feet all the way through to his first final at the WCT Trestles 2009. Voted SIMA board of the year for 2010.
The Dumpster has a ton of curve in a short package, so stick to the pocket and keep it on rail. Ride 1” to 4” shorter than your height.
Feedback
Short, wide and ugly, but fun and fast.
Ideal Wave Size
Small to med surf, launching. Intermediate to expert. |

The Biscuit by Rob Machado
Model Description
A short and stubby tri-fin: the biscuit design was developed with Rob Machado. Like Rob, the Biscuit rides free and easy in the smallest surf and catches waves like boards a foot longer. Order your biscuit 3” to 6” shorter than you are tall.
“…foam is your friend…don’t be scared of it. A little bit of extra foam here and there is good for the soul… and your surfing.”
– Rob Machado
Feedback
Makes surfing bad waves fun again.

The Pod
Model Description
A global favorite for punting since 200t the Pod is built to fly. Deep concaves with a foiled nose and a swallow tail keep the Pod lively and maintains its high performance. The “snub” nose puts volume forward, allowing for maximum planing and wave catching. The wide, curvy outline makes the Pod friendly for all levels of surfers. Ride this board 6” to 8” shorter, about 1 1/2” wider and about 1/8” thicker, about 3” to 6” shorter than you are tall.
Experience
Punts, turns, you can do it all. A summer favorite.
Ideal Wave Size
Novice to expert surfers for knee high to slightly overhead waves. |

The Motor Boat by Rob Machado
Model Description
The Motor Boat by Rob MachadoRob Machado wanted to bridge the gap between his Biscuit and Gravy, the Motorboat does that. Low entry rocker along with single to double concave with vee make this board really motor. Super fast and fun in flat faced waves, the Motorboat blends performance and volume into the ideal small to medium wave performance board.
Motorboats are built with either “Greenfoam” or recycled EPS, UV cure resins, and recycled fins, as Rob also wanted to make the Motorboat less impactful on the environment. A limited edition run of 75 boards signed by Rob are planned to have foam waste combined with concrete for water fountains commissioned by Rob’s foundation for schools.
Feedback
Should be ridden approx. 4 inches smaller than your shortboard.
Designed For

The Rookie
MODEL DESCRIPTION
Like the Proton for Dane, the Rookie is designed around state-of the- art surfing by a powerful surfer and has a full rail with a curvy outline. All three Gudauskas brothers, not small in stature, have found this board suits the varying conditions and waves on the WQS. Over the course of 2010 and 2011 the Rookie has become a common board on the CT tour.
Key note: remember this board hides a lot of volume so order 1/8” thinner and 1” possibly shorter.
Feedback
A great all around shortboard from the flat walls of Bells to the round beach breaks of France.
Designed For
Intermediate to expert surfers for waist to double over head surf.
